Property blueprints for the financier's personal tropical island featured within the released materials.
Also contained in this recent document drop appears to be a property layout for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
Jeffrey Epstein purchased a more modest island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had formulated plans to transform the substantial island by constructing living quarters, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
You can see the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is covered in handwritten red notes and contains a legend labelling different areas of the land.
Alongside this are what look to be nine other site drawings and engineering blueprints, including plans for dock shelters.
